We offer 3 different delivery options:

- Free (only above a minimum amount. Please see the list below for more information. Track & Trace included)
Delivery is free for all orders over €100,00 within The Netherlands.
Under €100,00 The Netherlands standard shipping is €7,25. Track & Trace is always included.
Delivery is free for all orders over €110,00 within European zone 1.
Under €110,00 European zone 1, standard shipping is €9,00.
With Track & Trace €15,00.
Delivery is free for all orders over €130,00 within European zone 2.
Under €130,00 European zone 2 shipping is €12,00.
With Track & Trace €15,00.
Delivery is free for all orders over €160,00 within Worldwide zone.
Under €160,00 Worldwide zone shipping is €14,00.
With Track & Trace €20,00.

Paradice Sport apparel is made to order. We hold a minimal stock at all times. Please allow us 2 business days to create and dispatch your product from the date of purchase.
- The Lowest shipping price.
- Track & Trace (option).
- 30 Business days (out of Stock).
- Additional days for the transit might be applied (depends on the parcel destination).
- After dispatch, your package is handed over to a third-party postal service. From that point, the delivery of the package becomes their responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that might be applied to your order.
- All our products can be backordered (Pre-order).
*Due to global restrictions regarding COVID-19, delivery times cannot be predicted accurately. Additional waiting time varies per region and country. We are trying our best to keep you updated.
DAMAGED AND LOST PRODUCTS
Paradice Sport is not responsible for damaged or lost products. In the case that you received a damaged product, or that the product was lost, please contact PostNL or any other third party carriers.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Products purchased through our website, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Products can be returned or exchanged if:
- They are regular priced products.
- They are regular option items, without UNIQ customization.
- Have not been worn, washed, damaged and have their original packaging and all labels attached to it.
- It is not a gift card.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to Paradice Sport. After we have received the returned product, we will inspect and determine if it is suitable for resale. Depending on the condition of the product that was returned, we will fully refund the purchased items. Shipping costs are not refunded. When you wish to return a product, we kindly require an invoice or proof of purchase.
Before returning your product to us, please email to email@example.com, so we know we can expect a parcel, and so we can correspond about a fitting solution for you.
